We're seeking a Lead Transducer Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with strong people management skills to drive the development of Bowers & Wilkins world-class audio products—from high-end loudspeakers to cutting-edge headphones and automotive systems.

This is a hybrid management role , with approximately 70% focused on team management and strategic coordination , and 30% on hands-on technical contribution

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and inspire a small team of transducer engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Plan, delegate, and oversee engineering tasks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Champion training initiatives and continuous process improvement.
• Maintain and enhance measurement capabilities and lab facilities.
• Drive complex projects from concept to completion, aligning cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results.
