Job Description : As a Sales Associate at Belle Tire, you do what it takes to keep life moving for our customers. You'll contribute to driving sales and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. We are looking for someone with a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers. What you'll do :

• Develop lasting customer relationships by understanding customers' needs and provide Belle Tire solutions according to their needs
• Follow Belle Tire's Sales Process
• Manage a cash drawer; process customer payments and maintain daily cash reconciliation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

Work Environment :

This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.
