Job Summary

The Premium Parking Attendant is a front-line ambassador for our premium guests. In this high-visibility role, you will provide white glove service from the moment guests arrive in our premium parking areas until they enter the venue. This position requires a polished, professional demeanor, impeccable customer service skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs. Premium Parking Attendants ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience while upholding the highest standards of courtesy, efficiency, and presentation.

Primary Job Duties

  • Greet each guest with a warm, genuine welcome and a professional demeanor.
  • Provide clear and courteous guidance for parking, using both verbal instructions and hand signals to ensure smooth traffic flow in premium lots.
  • Assist guests with directions, event details, and any special requests, ensuring they feel valued and prioritized.
  • Offer concierge-level assistance, including helping with small items, coordinating with golf cart drivers, or escorting guests as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parking environment, including setup and breakdown of cones, signage, and barricades.
  • Work closely with security, event, and transportation teams to ensure premium guest needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively address and resolve guest concerns with discretion and professionalism.

    Qualifications / Requirements

  • Calm and resourceful under pressure.
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred (unless currently enrolled)
  • Previous customer service experience in hospitality or high-volume settings is a plus
  • Ability to handle high volume workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment
  • Flexibility with work varying schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to work in extreme environments (ex : loud environments)
