North Carolina and Virginia Licensed Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Pharmacist- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate the use of pharmaceuticals for patient care

Provide patient care activities to ensure safe and effective drug therapy

Document clinical interventions and follow-up as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctoral degree preferred from an accredited college of pharmacy

Three (3) years of hospital experience required

Pharmacy Licenses in the state of North Carolina and Virginia

Meditech or HMS operating system experience preferred

Ability to work in a remote setting
