We are seeking a compassionate and motivated LPN to join our dynamic interventional pain team. As a LPN in our clinic, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare professionals and ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.

• Full-time, daytime hours with a consistent schedule.
• No weekends or holidays.
• $15,000 Sign on BONUS for eligible applicants.
• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients. Documents a thorough medical history from patient. Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed. Counseling patients and family members, under the direction of a registered nurse, on prevention and treatment plans. The LPN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise / knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting.

Must have graduated from a school or college of nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Associate's degree in practical nursing is preferred.

Specific services / positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements. Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility.

Requires current licensure as a practical nurse in the state / states of practice.
