Shift : Mon toThu : 8am -5pm & Fri : 8am-12pm. (Mon, Tue work in Kerrville, TX; Wed, Thu, Fri work in Fredericksburg, TX)

Job Summary :

The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) is a frontline position representing the face of our company to patients, whether they're visiting for routine health checks or critical health decisions. The PSR II is responsible for skilfully and safely drawing quality blood specimens, preparing them for lab testing, and ensuring a professional and comforting patient experience.

You may be assigned to a doctor's office, patient service centre, or other locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform daily tasks accurately and punctually under supervision.
• Ensure a safe and professional environment for both patients and coworkers.
• Conduct clinical and forensic specimen collection per protocol.
• Verify patient demographics and secure signatures post-collection.
• Maintain all required documentation and records.
• Promote a positive and professional image to all stakeholders.
