Position Summary
The Property Accountant is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties. This includes preparing monthly financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank accounts, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities within deadlines.
