About the Role

Per Diem Therapy Xperts is seeking a compassionate and dedicated  Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that promotes independence, recovery, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Support patients with training in daily living activities, motor skills, adaptive equipment, and splinting.
• Document patient progress and coordinate discharge planning.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide compassionate care to residents with physical or mental challenges.

(Note : Evaluations are performed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.)
