Job Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day nursing care and first aid to students and staff

\n\t\n\t

Manage chronic conditions and medication administration during school hours

\n\t\n\t

Develop and implement individualized health care plans (IHPs)

\n\t\n\t

Maintain accurate health records and documentation

\n\t\n\t

Communicate with parents, teachers, and medical providers regarding student health

\n\t\n\t

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health regulations

\n\t\n\t

Assist with health screenings and immunization tracking

\n\t\n\t

Respond to health emergencies and support crisis intervention

\n\t\n

\n\n

Education & Certification Requirements

\n\n \n\t

Current and valid Oregon RN license

\n\t\n\t

CPR / BLS certification (required)

\n\t\n\t

Experience in pediatrics, public health, or school nursing preferred

\n\t\n\t

Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills

\n\t\n\t

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

\n\t\n

\n\n
