Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to support our business development and promotional initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating marketing materials supporting events and ensuring brand consistency across all communications. Key Responsibilities :

Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing materials.

Support planning and execution of company events trade shows and client presentations.

Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activity and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare reports and summaries to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Maintain organized records of marketing materials proposals and project timelines.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with company goals.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
