Primary duties and responsibilities will be :

• Proactively implements all safety and risk management programs and initiatives through partnerships with all department managers and production employees across two locations near each other.
• Ensure all facilities are compliant with OSHA standards and requirements.
• Continually monitor work environment and intervene when unsafe practices or behaviors are observed.
• Conducts investigations involving near misses, incidents and accidents and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken.
• Analyzes positions to identify any risks associated with the job’s tasks and properly documents findings.
• Leads the plant safety committees and in doing so, coordinates meetings, agenda, and action items / ideas follow-through.
• Implements facility safety audits; responsible for all safety reporting / recordkeeping.
• Develops and facilitates safety training.
• Interacts and establishes safe work practices with contractors.
• Serves as point person for any / all correspondence and interaction with OSHA, EPA, and City.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $104,000 in our lowest market up to $127,000 in our highest market, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
