Operations Coordinator
Our non-profit client in San Diego is seeking a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to help streamline daily processes, support program delivery, and enhance overall organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities :
- Support day-to-day operations, including scheduling, logistics, and office management
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate internal communications and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Track project milestones and manage timelines to ensure program goals are met
- Help organize events, meetings, and special initiatives
- Order and manage office supplies and resources
- Provide administrative support to leadership and program teams
Requirements :
2+ years' experience in an operations, project coordination, or administrative support role, preferably in a non-profit environmentStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technologyHigh attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
