Sunlight Christian Academy is a private, faith-based school dedicated to providing a Christ-centered education that equips students to shine the light of Jesus in the world. Position: K-12 Teacher (Talent Pool)
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Christian educators who feel called to teach and inspire the next generation of learners. While we may not currently have an opening, we are building a pool of qualified candidates to join our team when the need arises.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction that integrates a Christian worldview.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that nurtures students' academic and spiritual development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students individual needs.
• Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the life and mission of Sunlight Christian Academy.

Qualifications

• A bachelors degree in education or a related field (required) for lead teaching roles.
• Valid teaching certification preferred, but not mandatory for certain roles.
• Commitment to Sunlight Christian Academys mission and Christian values.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students in a Christ-centered environment.
