Evaluate the effectiveness of models used across various business units, identifying areas for improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance model risk governance and controls.

Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior leadership.

Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards related to model risk.

Provide guidance to teams on best practices in model development and validation.

Support the development of model risk audit methodologies and tools.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance within the organization.

A successful VP Model Risk Audit should have :

• A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience working with model risk management frameworks in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Competitive salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 annually.
