Job Type : FULL TIME / PERMANENT

Location : West Hartford, CT 06110

Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts | 40 guaranteed hours per week

Pay rate : $35 / hr - $38 / hr

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in home health and assisted living settings . The RN will be responsible for patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, supervising support staff, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice in collaboration with the care team.
