Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney – Phoenix

Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid- to Senior-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join a well-respected firm in Phoenix. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of sophisticated matters and gain meaningful hands-on litigation experience in a dynamic practice.

Key Qualifications :

Licensed to practice law in Arizona (or ability to waive in)

3–6 years of litigation experience

Experience handling discovery matters and motion practice

Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines while taking ownership of portions of litigation matters

Strong legal writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
