As a data analysis expert at PwC, you will engage in advanced analytics to uncover valuable insights from extensive datasets that promote data-driven decision-making. Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 7 years

We seek candidates with a strong track record of managing client needs:

• Leading development teams in creating AI and Generative AI solutions, encompassing analytical modeling, prompt engineering, programming (e.g., Python), testing, and integration.
• Documenting and analyzing business processes to identify AI opportunities and developing solution approaches.
• Collaborating with clients to diagnose their challenges and select suitable AI/Generative AI models and methods.
• Designing architectures for client AI/Generative AI solutions, specifically for plugin-based models and custom applications.
• Managing teams to process both unstructured and structured data for language models.
• Overseeing daily operations of a global data and analytics team, providing feedback on models and analysis.
• Directing data engineers and scientists to deliver effective client solutions.
• Leading the creation of proofs of concept and production use cases with cross-functional teams.
• Conducting executive presentations to demonstrate progress and outline next steps for Generative AI solutions.
• Structuring and facilitating client presentations effectively.
• Coaching associates and senior associates to enhance their performance.

Candidates should showcase extensive abilities in the following areas:

• Managing development teams focused on GenAI applications.
• Utilizing programming languages and frameworks like Python, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Applying advanced analytical techniques such as Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Implementing workflows involving vectorization, embedding, and prompt engineering.
• Understanding or having hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD processes.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus potential for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
