The Role

• Lead the design and development of analog and RF ICs for low-power, high-performance wearable devices
• Own the full IC development lifecycle, from architecture to tapeout to validation
• Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing IC design team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, software and product leaders
• Drive the long-term IC design roadmap, innovation strategy and technical partnerships
