Join our dynamic team as an Account Manager, a role that ideally suits individuals with a marketing experience, though it is not a strict requirement. This position is within the publishing sector and focuses on providing exceptional customer service and communication to authors and publishing partners. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, customer-centric, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Effectively communicate with and support global authors and publishing partners.
• Partner cross-functionally with business teams to create new policies and processes for a better publishing experience.
• Represent authors best interests at every step in the publishing process.
• Assist in sourcing and utilizing appropriate technology to enhance service provided to stakeholders.

Work Environment :

The role is based onsite in Seattle, WA, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The position is part of a supportive and collaborative team, interacting with various business functions including PR, Marketing, Legal, and Design. The work environment is highly customer-centric, requiring collaboration with cross-functional and global teams to support author relations and connect authors with new readers.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington (FULLY ONSITE).

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
