We are currently searching for a Value Stream Services (VSS) Specialist to join our Ejection Seating Value Stream Leadership (VSL) team located in Colorado Springs, CO. The individual will be responsible for supporting the Rodan VSL team in all activities associated with the pursuit, order, capture, and execution of existing and future programs.

Emphasis is focused on supporting the program execution teams with a variety of activities such as : risk and opportunity management, contract coordination, financial reporting, customer interaction / action reporting, action item management, PMR and data reporting, Bid and Proposal Support, and all levels of coordination with the core program team.

This position coordinates activities across the Collins shared services business model and requires collaborative working relationships with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Contracts, Supply Chain, Quality, and IPP&C (Finance) points of contact in various instances of onsite, hybrid, and remote environments.
