Sircles is building the world’s first social sharing network built entirely on positivity, trust, and shared experiences.

We’ve already proven staying power : monthly retention north of 40%, thousands of engaged users, and a community that’s growing every week. Backed by over 7,000 investors, we’re now entering true growth mode — and we need a field general to lead it.

This is not a remote job. You’ll be in the field 60–70 hours a week, building and driving a national street team, forging venue partnerships, and delivering real results market by market.

Your mission :

• Recruit, train, and lead an elite boots-on-the-ground salesforce.
• Master the Sircles app and make your team fluent in every feature.
• Build relationships with small business owners.
• Own the numbers — acquisition, reporting, and scaling what works

We’re looking for :

Compensation : Competitive base + performance bonuses + equity.

Location : In-market only — no remote.
