As a CSR in our Branch Operations you’ll be the friendly face that greets customers and helps them with their everyday banking needs. You’ll provide efficient, accurate, and professional service while handling a variety of transactions. Greet customers and assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries. Accurately process cash and check transactions while adhering to bank policies and procedures. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow proper cash-handling protocols. Answer questions about products and services, helping customers find the right banking solutions. Identify opportunities to refer customers to other bank services or departments. Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Assist with operational tasks, such as balancing the vault, processing night deposits, and preparing reports as needed. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be friendly, detail-oriented, and dependable. Direct experience using Jack Henry / Silverlake core banking system (required). Great communication skills and a passion for helping people. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. A team-first attitude with a willingness to learn and pitch in where needed. The ability to stay organized and multitask in a customer-facing environment. Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and financial transactions. Reliability and professionalism in attendance, punctuality, and overall conduct. Previous experience working in a financial institution with regular use of Jack Henry / Silverlake core systems. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous cash handling or customer service experience, preferably in a retail or banking environment. Basic knowledge of banking products and services. Comfort using computers and banking systems. Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus but not required.
