The Social Media Manager will create and execute platform-specific strategies, collaborate with hosts and production teams, monitor engagement, analyze performance data, and optimize resources to drive audience growth, engagement, and subscription conversions.

Compensation

Base pay range : $70,000.00 / yr - $80,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for each talent / show and for the company as a whole across all major platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to create, schedule, and publish daily content (posts, Stories, Reels, Shorts, etc.), ensuring each piece aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices.
• Work closely with hosts and show teams to amplify their personal brands and ensure authentic representation across channels.
• Community engagement : Monitor audience interactions, respond appropriately, and foster a vibrant, positive community.
• Track key performance indicators, generate regular reports, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations.
• Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging digital trends to keep strategies fresh and innovative.
• Support marketing and subscription growth initiatives with social media campaigns, launches, and promotional pushes.
• Manage sensitive communications quickly and effectively to protect talent and brand reputation when necessary.
