Responsibilities Work in a Labor and Delivery unit within a short-term acute care Level II Trauma Center Handles over 300 facility births per month Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week from 19 : 00 to 07 : 30 No on-call requirements Floating to similar units may be required to meet facility needs Epic EMR and OBIX / Stork charting systems are used Duties include care for vaginal deliveries, C-sections, D&Cs, IOLs, cervical ripening, antepartum observation, placental abnormalities, opioid conversion cases, triage, fetal surveillance, IV hydration, cerclage procedures, and water birth Scrubs are provided by the facility Free parking is available in the employee parking lot All requested time off must be approved before acceptance; post-signature requests will not be approved Return travelers must be separated from the facility system for at least one year before applying again Modules are not required for this assignment First-time travelers for this facility are accepted Requirements Active WA or compact RN license or proof of application at time of consideration Minimum of 2 years Labor & Delivery experience, or 1 year if also experienced with Mother / Baby At least 2 completed travel assignments required One year of recent Epic EMR experience required Ability to start and maintain peripheral IVs Candidates must be fully vaccinated Locals within 60 miles are not eligible Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-614478.
