We serve clients through Illinois and Iowa , providing legal services in areas of law, including but not limited to :

• Business Law, including Taxation and Mergers and Acquisitions
• Civil Litigation
• Employment and Labor Law
• Estate Planning & Probate
• Immigration Law
• Public Sector Representation
• Real Estate Law
• Worker's Compensation
• Collections and creditors' rights

(Will also consider adding attorneys who practice in other areas of law.)

Our attorneys are licensed in both Illinois and Iowa , and we value attorneys who are already dual-licensed - or interested in becoming so.
