Job Description

Supervise and manage waterline construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and teams to ensure efficient workflow and communication. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly to maintain timelines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all project activities. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential problems. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns. Provide guidance and training to on-site staff to enhance team performance.
