As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a vibrant retail and mall location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a strong and approachable presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and assisting guests and tenants with exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance or information, and your communication skills will be essential in addressing concerns and supporting a welcoming atmosphere. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
