Position Highlights Join this established, renovated, turn-key practice, with strong APP, clinical, and administrative support Great work / life balance with a flexible outpatient schedule, an optional 4-day work week, or the option to pick up 12-hour ER shifts, if desired (ER experience and / or ER fellowship highly preferred) Have autonomy and leadership of this clinic and a great, dynamic patient panel from day one Compensation and Benefits Competitive guaranteed base salary of 350K Productivity bonuses with very lucrative potential Paid Time Off (PTO) Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance Malpractice coverage Full benefits package Additional incentives and bonuses Loan assistance options Candidate Requirements Must be Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and hold or apply for an active, unrestricted Oklahoma medical license A few years of practice experience is preferred but new graduates (2025, 2026) are welcome to apply Why Our Community?
