There's no better spot to join Team Caterpillar than in a role working with the divisions within Resource Industries (RI), an innovative and exciting segment! As a Risk & Compliance Professional, you will serve as a champion of Caterpillar's Values in Action while driving continuous improvement and ongoing leadership of Caterpillar's Enterprise Compliance within Resource Industries. This role partners with various teams throughout Resource Industries and across Caterpillar to create an awareness of and proactively ensure compliance in the commercial risk areas of Antibribery, Fair Competition, Fraud, Government Contracts, Product Regulatory, and other regulatory risks.

What You Will Do :

• Lead the proactive assessment of complex issues, develop and implement creative solutions to ensure compliance with Caterpillar's Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and applicable laws.
• Championing Caterpillar's Values in Action : Developing and delivering targeted risk and compliance outreach sessions related to the Enterprise Compliance Program across Resource Industries.
• Provide leadership to actively interface and collaborate with process partners and act as an advisor to the business partners in interpreting, analyzing, using, and effectively responding to compliance requirements.
• Identifying potential risk and compliance vulnerabilities; developing proactive risk management plans for mitigation of these risks and providing guidance for use in future situations.

Summary Pay Range : $110,520.00 - $165,840.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
