Senior Product Manager (SPM), Congress & Conferences

The Senior Product Manager (SPM), Congress & Conferences, will partner with the Dermatology Brand Marketing team on the planning, coordination, and execution of national congresses and regional conferences. This role ensures seamless logistics, effective communication with stakeholders, and the successful delivery of high-quality events that align with brand and organizational goals. You will report to the Associate Director, Customer Engagements & P2P Strategy.

How you will contribute :

• Support congress strategy, planning, and execution, including all aspects associated with defining engagement, organizing, planning, and post-event wrap-up.
• Contribute to the exhibit booth design, promotional materials, engagements, and scheduling / staffing needs.
• Develop creative briefs for agency partnership and ensure brand execution of messaging & strategy.
• Develop assets for regional conferences and act as a point of contact for the field sales team to assist in planning, processing, and execution.
• Secure sponsorships with associations and facilitate internal Letter of Agreement approval process with E&C and L for marketing strategies and tactics.
• Continually evaluate the effectiveness of key marketing tactics, making strategic recommendations to leadership on brand optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, PRT, E&C, Meetings and Events, Field Sales) to communicate objectives, plans, and enhance operational excellence.
• Demonstrate ability to execute strategic and tactical plans under short timelines.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform tactical ideas and opportunities.
• Performance Measurement : Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and process of program planning and execution.
• Attend routine status meetings with cross-functional partners, agencies, and Brand to review progress weekly.
• Work with the highest degree of professionalism and in accordance with Takeda's code of ethics and business conduct.

U.S. Base Salary Range : $137,000.00 - $215,270.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
