About the Role :
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Broomfield, CO . You’ll work one-on-one with patients to help them regain independence, improve function, and enhance quality of life.
Compensation & Scheduling :
- Competitive Pay : $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
- Part-Time Availability : 10–20 visits per week

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement individualized treatment plansConduct evaluations using standardized assessments and clinical expertiseDeliver functional training in ADLs, mobility, and safetyEducate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive techniquesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, coordinated careWhy Join Amazing Care?

A valid Occupational Therapist license in ColoradoProven experience in home health or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in electronic medical record documentationA flexible and adaptive approach to meet the diverse needs of your clientsBenefits
