Contracting Bureau Chief
The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Division of Medicaid, Bureau of Contracting is seeking a Contracting Bureau Chief to join our team!
The Contracting Bureau Chief oversees operations related to procurement and execution of service agreements including contract development, implementation, and monitoring for Iowa Medicaid services including managed care contracts, professional services contracts, provider agreements for specialty payments, data sharing, and operational contracts. The Contracting Bureau Chief is responsible for contracting operations including, but not limited to, development of requests for proposals (RFPs), issuing RFPs, evaluation of RFPs, awarding RFPs, development, negotiation and execution of contracts, and contract monitoring.
