Java Developer Team Lead

A company is looking for a Java Developer - Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team of developers to ensure timely project delivery and high-quality outcomes

Architect and design scalable web and mobile applications while managing hands-on technical contributions

Conduct code reviews, optimize application performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

7+ years of experience in Java development with 3+ years in a leadership role

Deep knowledge of Java versions 8, 17, and 21, and proficiency in Spring 6 and Spring Boot

Experience with Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and cloud platforms like AWS

Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards such as HIPAA and SOC 2 is a plus
