Accounts Receivable Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounts Receivable - Rev Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of A / R Representatives and Account Performance Managers, ensuring performance accountability and coaching

Analyze reports and data to identify trends and implement recovery plans for denial issues

Act as a resource for billing policies and assist in establishing A / R procedures and best practices

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable

3+ years of A / R and claims experience in the healthcare industry

Advanced knowledge of revenue cycle processes, particularly in ASC billing

Intermediate expertise with Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and patient confidentiality policies
