• Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Develop and execute seasonal menus that highlight local ingredients and culinary trends.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control to maintain profitability.
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to create a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Engage with guests to receive feedback and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Qualifications :
• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or in a similar leadership role in a fine dining setting.
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on contemporary techniques and flavor profiles.
• Event planing and execution. Ready to cook in any location
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
