Job Title : Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architectural Project Manager to oversee all phases of our projects, from concept through construction. This role involves site planning, construction drawings, permitting, and construction administration. You will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are met. Utilizing Revit, you will review and oversee construction documents, specifications, and design deliverables while ensuring compliance with zoning, building codes, and regulatory requirements. You will lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders, support value engineering, and cost analysis efforts, and collaborate with development, construction, and property management teams to align project goals with company standards.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

The work environment offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, allowing flexibility and balance. Office hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional travel to job sites in New Jersey as needed. Enjoy summer Fridays during the summer months. Employees have access to a gym and basketball court within the office. The company plans to move to a new state-of-the-art office in Paramus within the next two years, designed with a modern 'techy' vibe and equipped with top-notch amenities. The current office is known for being one of the nicest in New Jersey, fostering a friendly and collaborative atmosphere where colleagues often enjoy lunches and BBQs together.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $72.00 / hr.
