Your Impact

• Participate in and lead critical architecture discussions and planning, ensuring technical decisions support long‑term product success, stability, and scalability.
• Proactively foresee and resolve systemic issues before they impact the product.
• Advocate for technical excellence and guide teams toward resilient, high‑quality engineering practices.
• Lead multi‑functional coordination, planning, and reviews with peers and leads across the organization to ensure smooth delivery and unified technical direction.
• Act as a multiplier by providing exceptional mentorship, technical guidance, and career development.
• Empower teams to self‑coordinate and maintain high morale.
• Actively participate in the hiring and interview process to maintain and grow a high‑performance engineering culture.
• Partner closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with product objectives, define clear priorities, manage tradeoffs, and communicate execution risks.
• Occasionally contribute to deeply technical development tasks to maintain hands‑on expertise and provide critical support.
• Ensure teams are equipped with clear priorities and adequate resources to maintain velocity and deliver committed outcomes.
• Make critical, data‑driven decisions that directly contribute to the success and reliability of the product.
