Job description

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a top performer who desires to take their career and earnings to the next level!

We are seeking a sharp, driven leader who possesses a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow in the hospitality business.

  • Annual cash compensation of 100K including bonus is attainable

General Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits :

  • Top pay in the market, base up to 80K on day one
  • The latest closing time is 11 pm on Fri / Sat
  • Robust benefits package with M / D / V / STD / 401K
  • Three weeks of paid time off in the first year!
  • Huge monthly bonus potential based primarily on top-line sales growth
  • High-quality products and well-maintained facilities!

    • General Manager Qualifications :

  • Experienced General Manager, overseeing at least 25 team members and 3 managers.
  • Hands-on style of leadership
  • Upbeat personality
  • Solid communication skills and professional appearance
  • Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
  • Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings
  • Ability to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the ground

    • Note- this is a 5-day week, requiring Fri / Sat / Sun & most shifts are 8a-8p or 11a-11p. If you are tired of not getting days off or working crazy late nights- let's talk!

    Other roles are available, including hourly management roles with flexible scheduling.
