About the Facility

This facility is seeking a consulting psychiatrist for locum tenens coverage. About the Facility Location

The Psychiatrist will be virtually covering various counties in Ohio. About the Clinician's Workday

This position is vry part time, 3-5 hours per week. Team members meet Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8 : 30 to 9 to discuss the clients who have been seen in their homes since the last meeting. Psychiatrist role is to oversee the mediation prescribed. They continue with their current psychiatrist and the Psychiatrist, at this time, does not write for any of the medication. If med issues do arise, the collaborater is to contact the psychiatrist but rarely speak with them. Usually a message is left with their nurse recommending a change in current meds. Sometimes they listen, sometimes they don't. Psych evaluations (all ages) are required but they are not managing medication. The clientele is very stable and the provider would only be doing 1-2 evaluations every 2-3 months
