Role : Social Media Strategist

FLSA : Full Time | Exempt | Salaried | Hybrid

Reports to : Director of Operations

Note : You must reside within South Florida, preferably within the West Palm Beach area.

Now, were expanding our organic social media services and are looking for a powerhouse Social Media Strategist to help shape this offering, lead our social presence, and drive client success through innovative organic growth strategies.

Position Overview Were seeking a high-level Social Media Strategist with a strong track record in organic social media growth, content strategy, and brand storytelling. This role is both strategic and hands-on : youll be responsible for developing frameworks, building and customizing strategy, guiding creative direction, and ensuring high level execution across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities include but limited to :

  • Own Strategy : Develop and implement organic social media strategies that grow audiences, strengthen brands, and turn followers into engaged communities.
  • Lead & Inspire : Oversee and mentor the social media team while collaborating with internal departments (Performance, Brand, Sales) to align strategies with client goals.
  • Multi-Platform Mastery : Build and execute growth strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Content & Storytelling : Design and maintain content calendars, provide creative direction for visuals and video, and ensure messaging reflects each clients unique brand voice.
  • Analytics & Growth : Use data and insights to track performance, identify opportunities, and optimize campaigns for engagement and measurable impact.
  • Onboarding & Discovery : Guide client onboarding to capture brand identity, voice, and objectives, ensuring strategies start with clarity and alignment.
  • Frameworks & Processes : Create playbooks, SOPs, and internal training to strengthen our social media service and prepare for growth.
  • Innovation & Trends : Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithms, and best practices to keep strategies fresh, competitive, and effective.
  • Strategic Leadership : Bring a proven track record of driving social media growth, brand authority, and audience engagement at scale positioning clients for long-term success.

Qualifications

  • Proven Success : Demonstrated track record of growing large social audiences and communities. Must share real numbers, case studies, or portfolio examples.
  • Experience : 7+ years in social media strategy, digital marketing, or brand building, with hands-on success in organic growth.
  • Education : Degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred but not required. Results and proven impact matter most.
  • Strategic & Creative Balance : Ability to combine high-level strategy with creativity, using data and analytics to inform campaigns that drive engagement and brand impact.
  • Hands-On Leadership : Comfortable leading strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to create, guide, and refine content.
  • Platform Expertise : Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, with bonus points for TikTok and emerging platforms.
  • Multi-Account Management : Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously with consistent quality and performance.
  • Content & Storytelling : Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills that translate across different platforms and audiences.
  • Organization & Execution : Strong ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and oversee multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
