About the Role
The Financial Planning Analyst will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and analysis to support executive decision-making. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as preparing financial reports that help the organization achieve its financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, coordinating with various departments
- Analyze financial results and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and strategic projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and accountability
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards
- Other duties and projects as needed or assigned
Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or another related field is requiredA minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role is required. Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plusStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial dataProficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniquesAdvanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial software and ERP systemsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and effectively manage multiple prioritiesWe are proud to provide a generous benefits package and a healthy work culture :
