About The Position
📝 Description :
- A leading multi-specialty practice in Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a well-established ENT team. This full-time, permanent role features a 4-day workweek, low-volume 1 : 2 call, access to a new clinic space, and strong clinical support. Ideal for providers interested in general ENT with a focus on Otology or Laryngology.
📋 Job Responsibilities :
Build and manage a general ENT practice with emphasis in Otology or Laryngology (preferred)Work 3 days in clinic, 1 day in OR (20–25 patients / day)Take low-volume clinic call (1 : 2), shared with one other provider; no mandatory ER / facial trauma callCollaborate with audiologists and APPsPerform inpatient, outpatient, and procedural careDocument using Epic EMR⏰ Working Hours :
4-day workweek : 3 days clinic, 1 day ORCall : 1 : 2, low volume, home-basedWeekend call matches weekday call schedule💡 Skills :
