Lead Faculty for BAHRM and MHRM

A company is looking for a Lead Faculty for BAHRM and MHRM (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Teach asynchronous undergraduate and graduate courses, ensuring high-quality online instruction

Develop and improve courses and instructional materials in collaboration with academic teams

Participate in service activities, including faculty mentoring and accreditation efforts

Required Qualifications

Earned master's degree in a relevant discipline; doctorate preferred

Experience in teaching and familiarity with curriculum development in virtual environments

Strong organizational and time management skills

Collaborative approach to leadership and instructional support

Experience with adult, non-traditional learners preferred
