Insurance Specialist

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist (Remote) focused on resolving insurance processing errors and billing challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage claims inventory to reduce outstanding accounts receivable

Gather and verify patient and insurance information for billing and payment processes

Provide customer service and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, billing, and claims

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma / GED

2+ years of Denials Management experience

2+ years of Medical Billing / Follow-up experience

Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors

Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
