Clinical Director
Directors lead the PMO function and collaborate with divisional leadership to orchestrate the success of the portfolio. This position will be in the Clinical discipline focused on, 1. Shaping and implementing the global clinical strategy / portfolio in alignment with our product and portfolio strategy and, 2. managing the people and process to execute clinical trials and projects. This includes partnering with both external (study investigators, KOLs, core labs, CROs etc.) and internal cross-divisional stakeholders to ensure the Clinical portfolio meets divisional goals. You will inspire and mentor your team of project / program managers, all dedicated to identifying and executing clinical research that drives generation of clinical evidence for regulatory submissions, podium presentations, and publications. Working with them, you will optimize timelines, as well as drive project and program cost efficiencies. As a people manager in the PMO, you will contribute to the standardization of the portfolio, program, and project management best practices and work with your peers to find opportunities to harmonize processes and systems across programs.

Education Requirements :
$194,000 - $329,000 salary plus bonus eligible + generally eligible for short-term and long-term financial incentives + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
