Signworks of Michigan, Inc. is a leading provider of high-quality signage solutions for businesses and organizations across Michigan and surrounding states. We specialize in designing, fabricating, and installing a wide range of signs including channel letters, monument signs, vinyl graphics, and more. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Sign Installer to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities :

• Install various types of signs including indoor / outdoor, illuminated, non-illuminated, vinyl, and dimensional signage.
• Safely operate power tools, ladders, bucket trucks, and other equipment as needed.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and blueprints.
• Prepare surfaces and ensure proper installation techniques are used.
• Load and transport signs, tools, and materials to job sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications :

• Experience in sign installation, construction, or related field preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
• Must be comfortable working at heights and using ladders or lifts.
• Experience with power tools is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus (for illuminated sign installation).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
