About The Position

Coastal TEXAS INTERNIST Medical Directorship :   50% clinical / 50% admin

An exciting opportunity exists in South Texas for an experience Primary Care Physician to join staff as the Medical Director. This is a full-time position including direct oversight of physicians and advanced practice providers boasting a nice 50 / 50 clinical / admin mix. The incoming physician will need to be comfortable creating and following budgets, writing policy, mentoring providers, and will have an understanding of the business behind healthcare. The ideal candidate is an experienced bilingual Spanish speaking Board Certified Internal Medicine MD / DO with an active Texas license who has 3+ years of leadership experience.
