Supports daily dispatch workflow, paperwork, and cross-team coordination for San Jose Local Operations.
1+ year of clerical / office support experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to learn internal systems.
Clear written and verbal communication; strong customer-service mindset.
High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, team-oriented work style with willingness to help wherever needed.
Job type : Full-time, non-exempt; on-site in San Jose, CA.
Schedule : Standard business hours with occasional flexibility as operations require.

Assist the supervisor with executing the daily workflow for local operations.
Assists in coordinating shipments to / from the company warehouse in collaboration with warehouse staff.
Prepare and print daily operations documents; make copies as needed.
Collect driver paperwork and verify accuracy / completeness.
Record changes / updates in order-processing software; maintain accurate status notes.
Compose and type routine correspondence; communicate with other departments and driver crews as needed.
Perform additional clerical tasks and other duties as assigned.
