Key Responsibilities

Manage claims by analyzing exposure, planning actions, and resolving claims effectively

Communicate extensively with all parties involved in the claims process to ensure resolution

Provide exceptional customer service to claimants while adhering to policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 5 years related claims experience

Active Adjusters' licenses in CT, NH, RI, and VT

Knowledge of industry standards and practices

Experience with claims and business software
