About the Role

Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a Stellar Senior Living community, is seekinga compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. In this hands-on role, you'll work directly with patients to improve strength, mobility, and quality of life in a 176-bed skilled nursing environment.

What You'll Do as a Licensed Physical Therapist

• Deliver personalized rehabilitative therapy to residents
• Guide patients through tailored exercises to enhance mobility, balance, and strength
• Track and document progress to inform care plans
• Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment
• Adhere to all healthcare and safety standards
• Stay current through ongoing training and professional development
